Just Sauna Wellness is a holistic wellness studio centred around SaunaGus, Cold Plunges and community, with one core focus: Mind, Body & Soul. Located in the heart of Frederikssund, the spacious new venue expands on the original concept of our Urban13 location in Copenhagen. It offers a warm and welcoming space where guests can slow down, reconnect with themselves and share the experience with others. Each 90-minute experience is led by a trained Gusmaster and follows one of three signature concepts: Relax, Power or Herbal. The first 75 minutes consist of three guided rounds combining heat, essential oils, music and breathwork with cooling breaks in between. Afterwards, guests can choose to enjoy a final period of gentle afterheat in the sauna or simply relax, allowing everyone to complete the heat cycle at their own pace.
